"My second time at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location, gorgeous clean rooms, wonderful staff. The only thing that I was disappointed about on this trip was that the private elevator to the beach was down for repairs and we had to walk down the street and pay for the public elevator. Other than that it was perfect and this will be temporary. You cannot ask for a better location in Sorrento - highly recommend. "

The room given to me was noisy next to the street and the pool and bathroom.AC in the room extremely cold and the remote wasn't working until one of the staff came and reset it. Still it was too cold. I was told to turn off the vent which I did and it got hot. I did mention about the room next to pool bathroom but was told if I don't like I can change. But room change time next day was too late and the day after we were too...
