"Wondeful experience at the hotel for the 3 nights we were there. We got to the property slightly before check-in, the front desk allowed us to check-in early (15 mins) without a charge. Not only were all the staff extremely nice, they were all courteous. Not once did we truly need to use our key to enter the property during the given times to do so. The rooms are exceptional! Although the in-property restaurant was not in operation, there was a small arrangement of hot beverages and grab-and-go breakfast items. The location, being just off of downtown Younge, is also super convenient. Everything is either a short walk away or a nearby TTC entrance is just a minute away. Absolutely will be coming back the next time I visit Toronto"

"Staff were super helpful. Place was clean. Olio was delicious. LOVED THE USE OF THE SHUTTLE. The drivers of the shuttle were so helpful for helpint us navigate the city, but also gave us tips for saving money for using the trains. Great all around experience."
