"Absolutely worth every penny. The decor is wonderful. Beds comfy, showers hot and powerful, kitchen stocked with essentials (tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid). The view was phenomenal! "

"It was a lovely stay. Some parts of the hotel needed a bit of attention, but I would return, no doubt. I love the fact it’s an independent hotel. We ate in each night on our 3 night stay, and the quality of the food was fantastic. Also the quality of the bar staff and the reception staff checking in and out. Can’t fault any of them. "

"Could not believe the lovely view we had of Fistral Beach. Our double balcony overlooked Fistral Beach. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It would be nice on check-in for them to explain by they charge 50 pounds per night up front."

"Lovely trip away. The hotel was great. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The grounds are spectacular and an easy walk to the beach. The staff were great especially Gerard. Room and ensuite bathroom nice. Dinner service the one night we ate there was extremely slow, but I suspect there was an issue in the kitchen that day and that was not the norm. We spent 2 nights there and I could have easily stayed longer! Thank you."

"We had to stay here onky for 1 night. Unfortunately a damage to our motorcycle obliged to stay in Gorran Haven for 4 nights. The accomodation in hotel was perfect but without a rental car the place is isolated, nice but not for long stays."
