"The room was spotless, great amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. We received an unrequested upgrade to a very spacious room. The high ceilings were reminiscent of old world European charm with modern conveniences. Breakfast buffet was very good! "

The woman that checked us in, Duoaa went above and beyond to give helpful suggestions and routes for our short stay. The young men at the desk were quick and very helpful in making sure our rooms were satisfactory. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The only slightly weird thing is some of the mirror edges on the bathroom doors allowed to be seen from bathroom to bed. 😅 But everything else was exceptional. "
