"Great property and well kept grounds. The onsen was fantastic. Welcome drink and breakfast were nice touches. They set up a baby crib and baby bedding and blanket for us, which was perfect. Only draw back is the location is a 10-15 minute walk to train station and restaurant area. They also did not have room for us for dinner in the hotel lobby "

"Breakfast had a small selection of food options, cleaned up the food area before time and before all guest left. I would not recommend breakfast here. Lounge area was acceptable and provided adult beverages as well. Receptionist front counter staff were very helpful and kind. Laundry service was acceptable and staff help to learn the process. "

"The staff was really friendly and helpful when we checked out. The shuttle service was great. We did not have a very good experience at the beginning but management acknowledged our concerns. The room supplies are replenished daily. To save the environment, may I suggest the hotel to use the large pump body wash, shampoo and conditioner instead of giving out the travel size?
