"This hotel is very convenient. You can easily walk there from the terminal without going outside. The hotel is clean and modern. We did not use the spa but heard it was nice. Breakfast was decent."
"Overall nice hotel, but it is showing signs of wear and rooms are a bit outdated. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable, everything worked and the breakfast was good."
"This hotel was more than we expected.
Personal was extremely courteous.
A big welcome with a smile. Right from the start, for me this was a 10
The breakfast had everything we needed
Spacious and spotless room
I would highly recommend this hotel"
"They need better pillows as they're so soft it makes it very hard to fall asleep.
The rest was nice and would happily return but pillows need to be firmer in order for better sleep quality."
"I've had the privilege of staying here on several occasions now and I have always found the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. My room was very clean, spacious and I got a wonderful night's sleep. I found breakfast to be a very enjoyable experience, a great selection of choice to suit most guests tastes. The actual location was superb, close to the shopping mall, restaurants and all the attractions of Helsinki only a few minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
"Zou dit niet per se een 4 sterren hotel noemen. Ligt een beetje buiten het centrum wat prima is. Maar heel massaal hotel. Niet heel schoon ook. Prima voor 1 nacht maar niet ideaal."
"Stayed here the night before an early flight and it exceeded expectations. My room was very trendy, extremely clean and quiet overnight. The airport shuttle was convenient and free. Would stay here again and highly recommend."
"Gave my feedback to the Front Desk staff upon checkout that the mattress needs to be changed & checked regularly! The room I occupied seems to be very well used & the mattress sinks I. When you lie or sit on it = depression in the middle of the mattress !"
