When we got to our room the accommodation was basic and clean. The breakfast was good the next morning, staff could have friendlier and more attentive. We went to the Leisure Centre, the pool area is absolutely filthy, tiles hanging off the walls. The Jacuzzi was dirty and had a really bad smell off the water. The sauna and steam room need a full refurb "
