"Overnight stay to celebrate our first anniversary at nearby Le Manoir. Check in/out was fine, room very clean and great size. Used the bar for a pre dinner drink, couldn't get our original choice as key ingredient missing (staff very apologetic). Didn't use any of the other facilities - spa (unable to get a joint session)/pool (lifeguard training on Fri morning). Staff very polite and helpful"

"We had a fantastic stay however pulling up to the car park a manager ran out to the car asking if we were staying to which we said yes. ( didn’t even get a chance to turn the engine off ) asked if we’d booked parking which we said no and she then informed us it was £35 valet parking. We were happy to pay this but tone made us feel uncomfortable. We were only staying one night and they had plenty of parking but she said they would be out to park our car elsewhere.
