The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash scents were lovely and the shower water pressure was amazing. Cons: The cord to raise or lower the curtain was missing, so the curtain was down and we couldn’t let natural light into our room. Water leaked from the base of the toilet when it was flushing."

"The front desk was so rude! Not clean and not well taken care of from the elevators breaking to a random microwave in the hallway. Security also is not safe, nothing preventing someone going to the floors. I was not impressed and would not recommend."

"This is a prime Time Square location. It's an old, noisy hotel but has so much character and the wine happy hour is great. Rooms are good size too! The included breakfast is grab-and-go, but it's great."

"The property was close to subways to take you anywhere in the city that was fast and affordable. The hotel is close to Central Park and time square. The hotel offers a discount from local places which was very nice. Heaven on 7th had great slices and offered discounts. The front desk staff was not as polite as cheaper places, but the rest of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, but our room had a terrible air conditioner and it was very hot during winter our entire stay. Request a refrigerator if you want to store food or keep cold drinks. They only provide to those who request one. "
