"Very good stay! Close to everything and safe parking garage"

"Very nice hotel. The room is beautiful, beds are comfy and clean. The overall decor was very high-end. The staff was very friendly and helpful mostly. The daily amenity fee has no value however; you get glass bottled water which is nice and records and record player in the room - not worth $29 (there's no pool or complimentary food just the bottled water in the room and lemon water in the lobby during the day). It was surprising to find that the front desk area and elevator lobby lights were completely off at night like it was shut down for the night?? Most disappointed that our room did not get cleaned our final night although we left the housekeeping light on - it was still on when we returned late that night. Just add the daily fee to the overall nightly rate and that would eliminate the ill feelings about an amenity fee."

"Amazing. Check in was smooth. The location was perfect. Location was perfect for a pup owner. There is lots of green space. The neighbors are very friendly. When I had a question, there was a quick and very pleasant response. Very comfortable for a long term stay. Highly recommend."

"Clean room, worn beds that creak a lot. Quiet neighborhood on the South Side. Theres nothing provide in the kitchen or bathrooms except the appliances and very little silverware as well as towels. Plan to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and buy plastic or disposable utensils. I also plan to grocery shop at one of the three Aldi stores nearby. The house has no views, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Basement felt a bit sketchy for laundry so I rarley felt content. The property served its basic necessities. Thank you!"
