"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. "The staff very much made this hotel worth maximum ratings. They were able to accommodate my need for two separate beds without issue and honor what I thought I was booking. The breakfast was great and made the stay a good value. The gym and pool close at 2000 - it would be nice if these were open longer. "

"All the staff was great, very helpful and explained all the property amenities. The bartender, Giuseppe, was helpful with food recommendations. The room was beautiful overlooking the winery and breakfast was lovely."
