"Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also. "

Said problem got promptly addressed and rectified to the best of their ability. The place is confortable and well situated to go to the center of Belfast. Would recommend."
