"Room was a little small and showing signs of ware and tare. Excellent breakfasts with fresh fruit salads, continental spread, hot food cooked to order and tasty. I did not try the lunch or dinner but I noticed a lack of vegetarian options. I also did not try the indoor pool or gym. I had afternoon tea there which was a bit pricey and underwhelming."

"Second time staying at Charm and has always been celebrating my husband’s birthday. This year, we got upgraded by the staff for some reason. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Spa treatment was nice, had an hour massage to relax us. I just like staying at Charm 👍👍"

"Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. "My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."
