"Great location next to Central Park. When I visit again I will stay here again. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. 5 stars!"

"The person at check in was rude, The rooms have a nice view but a weird lingering smell. All staff seemed to be annoyed when answering questions. Didn’t feel it was worth what was paid. The room had a broken window curtain and broken outlets falling out the couch. The mini fridge didn’t even turn on or keep anything cold. There was no acknowledgment of my birthday. Just felt like I wasted almost 2K to find flaws in every part of the stay."

"wonderful stay and well located....."

""Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Our night at the hotel was delightful, the staff was extremely friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. I truly look forward to our next visit. Thank you again!""

"Well located in Hudson yards near shopping and food. Great gym. The restaurant Electric Lemon has good food and a hip ambiance. The elevators can be a little slow. The front desk team is hugely helpful and friendly. The spa is incredible - had a great massage with Kaysley"

"The staff is absolutely wonderful and the hotel is spotless. We had an amazing time and will most definitely be back. P.S. The beds are super comfortable!"

"The staff was amazing! The doorman, reception, concierge and the lounge staff. If I am back in New York this will be my go to place because of how cared for I felt."

"Amazing place but the noice was too much even in the 34th floor you can hear the police sirens"

"La pasamos increíble Gran Hotel"

"Best hotel in New York"

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."
