"My stay in Samara was amazing. They were ultra all inclusive and had food available at all hours of the day. The food was great and the staff were very friendly. They had a lot of facilities and it was all family friendly! Just if the water was warmer then everything would’ve been great! Still had such a good time at a great resort."

The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. However, we owe a special debt of gratitude to our service team—our "attendants"—who truly made us feel privileged and left us saying, "We are so glad we came here." "Our stay at Azka Hotel did not fully meet our expectations. The check-in process felt somewhat disorganized and could have been handled more smoothly. That said, the hotel has a fantastic location, with beautiful views and convenient access to both the beach and the town, which is a definite highlight. The room had a few issues – the door lock battery needed to be replaced, and the bathroom wallpaper was starting to come loose. Breakfast was acceptable, but could benefit from more variety. Parts of the hotel also appeared to be undergoing renovation during our stay. Service was somewhat inconsistent; some staff seemed less attentive, and guest engagement could be improved. Overall, the hotel has good potential, but there are several areas that would benefit from improvement to match expectations."
