"Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also. "

Rooms were a good size and really nicely decorated (we stayed in the Victorian rooms). Only slight mis-understanding was on the payment terms. The booking said pay at property but they needed to bill two weeks in advance. Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
