There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

This was the last of several places we stayed in during a two-week tour of France, and we loved it. The rooms were a great size, well-appointed and comfortable. The setting is lovely, and the front-desk staff were very helpful. From start to finish our stay at the property was easy. We had parking and a key fob to come and go as we needed. The duplex itself was perfect for our family of 5.
