"Hotel is beautiful and good location near everything especially Ben Than market. All staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Room was good size to open 2 big luggages but it’s no views as it’s close to next building. Air-con works well. Pool is small size and the roof top bar has great city views of HCMC. Breakfast is okay and small portion. I asked for late check out and paid 50% of the room rate. It’s quit pricey but it’s okay for the unbearable hot and humidity outside. Overall, it’s a great stay and I don’t mind to stay here again if I visit HCMC ."

"Best hotel I have ever stayed at in the entire world. Staff is excellent and hotel is beautiful!!! Room service is fantastic! Doormen are a great help. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the entire world and Inhave traveled extensively. I got sick in Vietnam and the hotel even found me a doctor and arranged for a doctors visit too. Best hotel in world"

"I am disabled and am dependent on the use of 2 crutches. The room they put me in did not have easy accessibility to the swimming pool. I could not climb the stairs to access the pool and it was really far and difficult for me to access the old building to reach the pool so I could not fully enjoy my stay. Also, the street noise was something to contend with. The other thing I did not like were the prostitutes at the Legends Sports Bar across the street. I TRAVELED WITH MY young kids so this was awkward to explain. Other than that, it was enjoyable."
