"I really enjoyed my stay here, beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly as soon as we arrived. Room had everything we needed with a nice balcony and cleaned everyday. Both pool areas were nice and quiet. Made me feel extra special on my birthday so thank you to all the staff. Definitely recommend!"

"We had a five night stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service from reception was excellent. We found that the bar staff were slow and on occasions it was unmanned. The restaurant food was excellent although we found if it expensive."

"please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you for looking after us - we have recommended to family & will return :-)"
