"Great location amazing hotel"

"We arrived just before 4.30pm and our room wasn’t ready. The owner made me a hot chocolate while we waited. The room itself was nicely appointed with a fireplace but was not totally clean crumbs around the cooker and kitchen and a few hairs on the bed. The description had said 2 local bottles of wine were included but that was not the case and when we asked the owner referred us back to Expedia. "The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good "
