The room was neat, very clean, and a great size, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was good, but with so many charming coffee shops nearby, we only ate there once! The absolute highlight is the location – it's in the heart of everything, with attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Perfect for exploring Vienna on foot....

"The hotel is beautiful. However, for the price, I’d expect better service. The staff is not ever enthusiastic. Most of our interactions were lukewarm. Not what I expected. One of the sinks was blocked. Other than that, mostly OK stay. "
