The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here...

The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty. The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back. "

"The staff was wonderful and the location on a street of designer boutiques just a few blocks from San Marco Square was perfect. The room was lovely but there were a few negatives as far as practicality. There were very few drawers and there isn't a vanity for hair drying or make-up. "
