"Overall service skills of staff were not up to usual Hyatt standard. Rooms were in poor state of repair, particularly the bathroom which was mouldy and smelt damp. Not unusable but again not the usual standard expected for price and brand."

The Spa was exceptional. Food was tasty, although a little on the expensive side. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with my stay overall. The level of comfort is very high at this hotel."
