The location is perfect with beautiful views of the Danube and easy access to everything. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the best luxury hotels we’ve ever stayed at. "Great staying an incredible location. Walking distance to everything. Only negative would be the housekeeping. Water not replaced. Excess glasses (from bar previous evening) not removed. Beware bar charging you for glasses of tap water!!! Otherwise all great. Members of staff to stand out for amazing service with genuine smiles eye are Rita at breakfast and Mate in the bar. "
