The staff was very friendly, after returning from a gruelling day visiting museums and churches, it is a joy to walk into smiling people. The room we were in was very spacious, as was the bathroom. "Rummet var i perfekt skick och det hade en liten balkong ut mot floden Arno och utsikt mot Ponte Vecchio. Room servicen var bland den bästa jag någonsin haft. De gjorde rummet fint när vi gick ut på dagen och när vi sedan vilat inför middag, då vi gick ut i Florens så var det ytterligare room service på kvällen och de hade ställt fram vatten på sängborden samt tofflor på en tunn handduk och gjort övriga rummet fint igen. Det var väl ljudisolerat så vi hörde inga grannar. Personalen var ytterst...
