"I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and those were good stays. This time around, I say cockroaches twice during my several days stay: once in the dining area and once in my room! I mentioned it to staff at the reception desk. They said it was not likely because they use and extermination service, but they look into it! I will not be staying at this hotel in the future."

"The hotel itself is beautiful. Unfortunately we had to move rooms 3 times as the air con in our rooms was not working. This meant our group of 3 ended up in 2 rooms rather than 1. We were gifted with 2 bottles of Prosecco as an apology though. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and tidy."

"The hotel was very gracious and allowed us to check in several hours prior to check in time. This was obviously very kind and appreciated. It’s a Nice property and in a great location…room was clean, and reasonably decorated, furniture was pretty well used. The pillows were not what I would have expected, and quite frankly some of the worst I have had in many years of travelling. The staff was nice…but the housekeeping team were very inconsistent, over the course of our 5 night stay. All in all...

"الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة والمنطقة المحيطة جميلة لكن معاملة الاستقبال كانت غير جيدة أبدا حيث اننا حجزنا ٤ غرف لكنهم اعطونا ٣ غرف وقالوا ان حجز الغرفة الرابعة غير موجود وكانوا يتعاملون معنا بطريقة غير مهذبة ولم نتمكن من إقناعهم بحجزنا للغرفة الرابعة الا بعد الاتصال بخدمة عملاء هوتيل حيث قاموا ولهم الشكر الجزيل بالتواصل معهم لتسليمنا الغرفة المفقودة "
