"Arrived at 530pm and did not get a room until nearly 7. They said they ran out of linens. Over 20 people waiting in the lobby. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. Awful. Hotel looks under construction and run down."

"Would love to stay again upon visiting Rochester. Lovely neighborhood within walking distance of a park and restaurants. Take an eye mask if sleeping in the room with a King bed. Windows wrap two walls, which give the room plenty of natural light. It is a lovely room and gives the feel of being in a treehouse. Well-edited design and comfortable sofa."

"Our family of three stayed at the house for our son's graduation weekend, and it was the perfect home base for us over a long weekend. The house is lovely and has the charm of an older home. There was great space for all of us (we could have had a few more people with us and still have felt like there was plenty of space), and the house was fully appointed with all that we needed. Everything was so seamless that we did not need to contact the host, though there were clear instructions on how we could have done that. We would stay here again!"

Just note - the bathroom is not enclosed- no walls around toilet area or bathing area. I was alone so no big deal - but some might like to know the scenario. Very cool place."
