"Very clean and orderly, staff was nice and available. Continental breakfast was okay- offered eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancakes right in the lobby. Gym was small but it would make do. Shower was great and water pressure was very good. "

"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"No staff on site at all for check-in or security purposes, or anything else. Lobby locked with no amenities. Insects in the bathroom, street level room access made me uncomfortable, safety wise. Property certainly not as attractive as the photos appeared. The place gave me a creepy vibe overall and I could not stay the night. Low-ish cost was not enough for me to ever try another stay. "

"Host (Tim) was very attentive and responded quickly. House is cozy. Plenty of room. A little cold the first day but there was an arctic blast moving through and once heat was increased it was very comfortable. Bath mats would be helpful on the tile floors. Great location and easy access to restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Tim!"

"This place was lovely, the beds super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you'd need. I was a little confused by the pin lock when I arrived and the host came right over he was very responsive. 10/10"
