"This hotel uses a self-serve kiosk for check-in which is fine, so long as there are no issues with the room. We booked a room for three adults (sofa bed + queen) and the room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke despite the fact it was a non-smoking room. There was no additional bedding available for the sofa bed and a hunt in the laundry and main hall closet yielded two clean sheets (no duvet or pillows). I would look elsewhere for accommodations. An email was sent to the hotel about the cigarette smoke in the room and the auto response was that this may take two days for response - not much help given the circumstances."
