Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast."

Price is very reasonable for what you get and the facilities are more than adequate, Having the Dining Inn restaurant included is also excellent and the breakfast in with the price makes it even better value.
