"The outside areas were lovely but the rooms were basic and bland. Underwhelming. Staff were great. A bit disappointing compared to other hotels we've stayed in on the palm. "

"I personally don’t consider this hotel 5 stars starting by the service of the staff at the reception in exception of Amir A; it was extremely challenging to get what Expedia gave us as platinum members and Expedia was unable to communicate either with the hotel so we had to spend our time on this. The hotel surroundings is beautiful, there are deers, ducks, birds… this was my favorite part. "

The staff are genuinely amazing – incredibly attentive, warm, and proactive, anticipating needs before they were even voiced. Their dedication to ensuring guests have an exceptional stay shines through in every interaction, making you feel truly valued and cared for. It's rare to encounter such a consistently high level of genuine hospitality. My room offered breathtaking views that were a constant source of delight, transforming waking up and winding down into a memorable experience. The rooms themselves were comfortable, well-appointed, and immaculate. And then there's the breakfast – simply world-class! It's not just a meal; it's a culinary journey. The quality, variety, and presentation of the options were truly outstanding, catering to every taste imaginable with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
