This home is fully furnished with three well-appointed bedrooms, a private office and a full laundry to cater to all your travelling needs. Nestled only minutes away from the buzzing Adelaide CBD and close to The Parade in Norwood, an array of boutique shops and popular eateries are right at your fingertips
Welcome to Ambrosia! As soon as you enter the house, you will be welcomed by an inviting living area equipped with comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for cosy nights in or a movie after a long day exploring the city. Beautifully styled with golden hues and gentle touches, the space was designed with your comfort in mind.
Moving on, you witness the dining zone and fully-equipped chefs’ kitchen that offers all the essentials for a home-cooked meal. Sit and dine inside or step out into the private patio to dine al-fresco.
Each bedroom has been meticulously arranged to guarantee a peaceful sleep experience. Comprising of a king-sized bed in the master, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom & two king-single beds in the third with ample storage space, you are sure to find a home away from home.
Our modern bathroom ensures a refreshing start each day with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. A second shower is located in the laundry space, meaning you’ll never be waiting to use the facilities.
Practical conveniences such as a discreet laundry space with a washer and a single car park right in front of the garage, along with ample free street parking, make your stay here seamless and stress-free. This is a private house all to yourself and you won't be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Parking is available for one vehicle in front of the garage. Free street parking may be available for additional vehicles, please pay attention to the yellow lines to identify non-parking areas. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
