Unrivalled Views With Family Convenience
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! So close to everything, but with views and tranquility that feel like a million miles away from the rat race! This once glamorous house is ready for a new life, but it's clean and spacious and has everything you need (including 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets), but believe us, you won't even see the house! It's all about the VIEWS! Uninterrupted, 180-degree views from the hills in the east, across the city through to the coast in the west. Not to mention convenience, ... The space The home features both formal and informal living spaces including a huge formal lounge room, formal dining room with adjoining sunroom where you can soak up the sunrise and the sunsets over the sparkling lights. There are three large bedrooms (main with walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom), and a large, separate, family room which has a desk and two king single beds and its own toilet and shower. We haven't tried filling the huge inground, undercover pool, but if we have any longer term guests who would really like it, this could potentially be negotiated. The house is opposite a grassy reserve and two minutes walk to the bus stop. About 10 minutes walk away is Pasadena Green with its famous Pasadena Foodland supermarket. Less than 10 minute's drive to Flinders Medical Centre and Flinders Uni, and not much further to Marion Shopping Centre and the State Aquatic Centre. Only 8 km to the city, and less than 30 minutes to McLaren Vale. Guest access The whole house is available to you.
