"Efficient check in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with the TV remote in our room which the staff rectified immediately by sending a replacement to the room. Clean and spacious room with comfy bed and ample storage for clothes. Iron and hair dryer worked perfectly. Spacious shower cubicle with plenty of hot, high pressure water, and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast is buffet style with a great choice of full English and continental ingredients, including a waffle maker for the kids. Stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t fault the place. Value for what we paid and would definitely re-book. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Linda and Tony have a rare gem of a place with The Scarla. Linda has personally styled the place with a unique blend of art deco vs modern and it works superbly. We could not fault any part of our stay, from the gorgeous room, comfy bed, tasty food but most important, what truly makes The Scarla a true gem, is Tony and Linda. They are the most welcoming, friendliest couple. You can see how much they enjoy meeting their guest, chatting with everyone at breakfast and calling everyone by name. You cannot put a price on a personal service and I want to thank them for their hospitality. "

The care taken to provide a warm, comfortable experience with everything you could possibly need was amazing. The owners are very visible and helpful. The support staff were amazing. Breakfast made to order and so tasty. Could not recommend this place more highly. I would be very surprised if there is another hotel in Blackpool that comes close to it for quality based on our stay. The internal design of the hotel and rooms is simply incredible. Do not delay if you're thinking of booking because we will be back and will bring the kids next time too!!"
