"They took 2 hours for check in. I have paid the booking money from online..But they said me that they didn't receive my money. So, they asked me to pay also in cash otherwise I have to leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Finally Expedia solved this issue. But I didn’t like their tone. I honestly have no idea how this property got listed on Expedia. After speaking to the “virtual manager,” I left after just one night, but I was still charged for two nights. I’ve spoken to Expedia customer support three times since midnight, but there’s still been no resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."
