"The hotel was ok The pillow very old need to be changed. It was more flat than the curtain. So I used the curtain as a.pillow after rolling it It needs to be changed . We go to hotel to sleep first so .. the bed should be the most important The parking hirs the car down as it curve is too big Otherwise staff ok and breakfast classic but helpful in the morning"

"ホテルも、スタッフも 気遣いがすごく部屋も清潔です。 ただ、今、世界が温暖化のため クランモンタナも、お昼は かなり暑い。部屋にクーラーが、ない クーラーがあればもう最高でした。"

"This property had the most convenient location to access lake Oeschinensee with all the alpine amenities. Proper gym, lovely sauna, and the on site dining was delightful. Breakfast was a huge hit for my whole family but the seasonal pumpkin soup and salad were unmatched and by far the best thing eaten while in Switzerland. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were accommodating and clean. 10/10, would recommend."

"اطلالة بانوراميه رائعه. غرف نظيفه وخدمه ممتازه. الشيء الوحيد المزعج هو عدم وجود تكييف في الغرف وقد يسبب صعوبة في النوم في حرارة الصيف. "

"A big thank you to everyone at Alaia Lodge for such a warm welcome. We came here on a father/son golf trip we had wanted to do for many years and we chose to stay at Alaia because of its convenient walking distance to the golf course, and it proved to be a wonderful choice. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful town, surrounded by lovely scenery. We only wish we had more time to explore the area and take in more of its beauty! "Positive things: the environment of the hotel is simply superb. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind, it felt like home. A beautiful location to take walks in. Surrounded by mountains and warm stores to check out. 100% would recommend. The public transport system at the village is amazing, places like interlaken are highly accessible and easy to navigate. Negatives; the WiFi is slow. But who needs WiFi when you are in beautiful nature!"

"Be sure to book a superior mountain view vs standard room. Staff was very accommodating and for an additional fee we were able to change rooms. Breakfast was a highlight (excellent) and location was convenient. Appreciated the drying rack outside to hang washing under a covered balcony. Our stay was very pleasant and rooms were quiet."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice...
