"The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances in good working order. The view is stunning. There is a path to the beach within a block or so. We paid extra to get a later check-out time because 10 AM was too early to complete the required chores and have a leisurely breakfast. So worth it! "

Fit our group of multigenerational adults and kids well.It was quite hot - most windows don't open, there is a sunroom attached, and there is no AC!Beach access is in walking distance, but on a separate property, and included a narrow and inclined trail. We were glad we checked it out before taking the little ones with. Thankfully there is a nearby public beach that was easier to access. We did have to drive though. Since it was unclear to us when booking, I will add that the upper and lower units are one house (mid-century 2 story). The second/lower unit is the walkout basement. We were happy to all be together!"
