We had a lovely time at the Sens, the rooms were clean and the food was good. The thing that made it lose a star is that they require you to leave the facility at 12pm sharp, so if you have a flight leaving at 6pm then you have to book another night or sit in the airport for hours????

Understaffed. Low quality of alcohol. It is not kids friendly the nicest and central located amenities were for adults only. Had so many available day beds but at the family pools so crowded and no day beds. Beach is small and lots, tons of sea weed, workers start cleaning at a third day of our stay with bare hands the dont have heavy machinery to clean it all fast. The smell coming from the beach was horrible. On 5he beach they have justabout 5 palapas with day beds for families and they have about 10 palapas for adults. Also you can not make reservations at the restaurants for dinner what makes your evenings hit or miss. Guests are all walking form one restaurant to another to get seated or get on the list to couple of them. I am not coming back for sure. The only good thing are the renovated, large rooms.

El lugar es muy bonito pero la habitación estaba sucias , nos quedamos en una habitación sean kan máster suite , el jacuzzi no servía , las puertas no cerraban , la ducha estaba tapada y la nevera vacía. La atención de la recepción muy mala. Lo único bueno los meseros y los del bar súper atentos y la señora de la cafetería súper amable y dulce.

This place is not prepared to receive anyone that’s hoping to have a great time. Unfortunately, they make up rules and restrictions that are quite ridiculous, specially if you have kids. The staff has no training in hospitality and is not prepared to receive and provide good service. It’s a shame. The amenities aren’t terrible, but need improvements. The pools are not heated and are extremely cold.

La peor experiencia , pésimo hotel , no me limpiaban el cuarto , no me dejaban el servibar con agua y refrescos . No había meseros en el área del alberca , 3 días no hubo el snack en la alberca . Hotel descuidado , me fui a quejar al lobby y los mismos empleados me dijeron q como era la última semana del hotel ,ya no había personal , ya q despidieron a muchos y no los liquidaron , tienen llenos de demandas. La pero experiencia me fui 3 días antes de mi check in a otro hotel . El buffet muy limitado NO SOPORTE MAS DIAS EN ESE HOTEL

Tout était wow, l’emplacement ( sur la plage) , la plage incroyable ; la couleur , la variété de poisson, la propreté etc. Le personnel aussi super sympa, les restaurants hyper bons, l’ambiance générale trop bien; ils organisaient aussi des activités presque toutes les heures . Seule chose négative c’est la propreté; ce n’était pas sale, mais ce n’était pas propre non plus. Tout est assez vieux, la douche était décollée , il y avait des trous dans les rideaux donc bref mais je reviendrai quand même pcq tout le reste était waw

Excelente hotel pequeño , comida y bebidas delicio

Me agradó mucho este hotel que regresamos …. en esta estancia disfrutamos los restaurantes a la carta .. pero en general también en los buffets toda la comida y bebida son deliciosas .. lo que más nos gusta es el kids club cuando hacen campamento en el jardín a mi hijo le fascina …. En el bar miranar giovani prepara bien las ben bebidas , hace 2 meses estuvo Edwan y también eran excelentes ahora lo encontré en la cafetería … Así como Gustavo el chico del lobby en mas 2 estancias me ha recibido y es muy atento … En general todos te atienden excelente

Sin aquaparque infantil..

Segunda vez que estamos en ese hot y aunque han remodelado algunas zonas han eliminado todo el aquaparque infantil de dinosaurios, asi como han quitado toboganes y artefactos infantiles así como han eliminado un chapoteadero infantil y las piscinas de la zona sens estan sin mantenimiento y se caen pedazos de las paredes de la piscina. Ya no tiene zonas infantiles asi que mis hijos se aburrieron, los show nocturnos solo son los fines de semana y estan muy equis. La comids esta bien, y nunca vi los bufettes sin surtir, es pequeño pero hay variedad de carne y mariscos,fruta y la cafetería de 24 hrs es un gran aporte. Sus playas estan cuidadadas, y puedes hacer snorkel ya que hay varias especies de peces muy cerca de la orilla, son transparentes .

The Sens at grand oasis Tulum is not it! As soon as you walk in it is dark and gloom / not in a sexy or romantic way. Reception was very blah and not welcoming, just a I'm doing my job vibe. I get to the room and it was dated, in disrepair and dirty. I had an ocean view and could barely look through window cause of all the dirty. Food was not great at all. Only perk was that buffet was 24/7 which was cool for snacks. No entertainment at all within the hotel. Do not be fooled by pictures. They have a lot of work to do if they want to keep up.
