"Hotels.com hasn't confirmed the booking with the hotel.. The rceeptionist couldn't see us wait in the lobby whole calling hotels.com teying to find a solution.. He immediately gave us a room and upgraded us to a suite.. The suite was amazing.. Breakfast was good.. the view was mesmerizing.. An overall amazing experience😊"
"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year.
