"This is going to become the regular place to stay in Riyadh. Excellent hotel and right in the middle of the city. Easy access to get taxis and great staff and their service. B'fast options are repetitive and the bakery isn't fresh. Costa coffee at the entrance is a huge advantage too!"

- they don't have a breakfast buffet. You order either Arabic or international breakfast and it comes to your room but it's very limited and is nothing like whats advertised. And no variety, regardless of what you asked they'll just get you what's available.
- the bathroom smells.
- there is no hot water in the shower.
- there is no housekeeping. No one came during my stay.
- I called for water and was told it's coming right up but I waited 4 hours, still no one came. Other times it the service was relatively fast but it's difficult to get them to give u more than 3 very small bottles of water.
- the staff are nice but the hotel just won't cut it. I don't recommend it and will never come back"
