"We booked this about 2 weeks days prior to arriving and couldn’t believe it was available- so we weren’t sure what to expect. It was the week leading to July 4th, (our check out day was July 4th). It was a really nice place with 3 bedrooms all having their own full bathrooms, and an another half bath. Two bedrooms have balconies facing the Bay/Intracoastal and the main bedroom facing the Gulf. Over sized balcony allowed for views all the way around and it was well furnished with plenty of space. The condo could use a few updates (mainly bathrooms) and a fresh coat of paint, but we didn’t let that sway our opinion of this place being 100% amazing. It was super clean, and the Mgmt Company was excellent. There is a bonus ice maker at the wet bar which is a very nice touch. No need to buy bags of ice while visiting. The pool was always immaculate and not overcrowded- and again, we went during a peak week. No shortage of tables or loungers at the pool and the kids could be kids. The parking is covered, elevators never an issue and plenty of carts to haul your luggage or groceries. We usually go to PCB, but we will come back here from now on. It’s a very peaceful beach town that takes pride in the area and the beaches - and there is a lot to do. Can’t believe we found this hidden gem that was available at such late notice. We will go back to this exact unit next summer. Loved literally everything about it!"
