"The staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was immaculate and gorgeous. The location was situated exactly in the middle of where we wanted to be and honestly, it just felt good to come back to the room whenever we needed to rest or charge our devices. 10/10 would stay here again. "

"The stay was pleasant except for the check-in process. I was given plenty of grief, because my wife made the reservation, but I arrived with my son. We flew there from Southern California and had to drive in your horrible Bay Area traffic for over an hour to reach your establishment. You should change the policy about which spouse's name is on the reservation. I had to call my wife to get verbal permission for you guys, like I was a teenager. How embarrassing!"

"We love the location to the Ferry terminal, SF Giants stadium, China Town, North Beach and pier 39 all a very easy walk. Very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Great shower head and water pressure!! Our 3rd time to stay here. "
