Charming chalet located in the idyllic village of Alaró, with mountain view in the heart of the Tramintana sierra, of 150 m² on a plot of 3,550 square meters, completely fenced, in a very safe area, surrounded by orange trees, cypresses, rose bushes, fig, olive and pear trees. Located on the outskirts of the village, it has all the advantages of the village, but at the same time is on a very secluded and friendly area.
It has 3 double bedrooms (1 of them can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children), 2 complete bathrooms, 6 - 8 persons.
A large, fully fitted kitchen and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and TV.
Roofted terrace of 80 m² and a 120 m² terrace. 140 m² area with natural lawn.
South-facing.
Outdoor barbecue, 8x4 m pool, brand new, professional tennis court, lawn.
Parking space for 3 cars. Garden furniture and pool, free Wi-Fi, tennis rackets available.
5 minutes away, there is the town square, where you will find bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc. You will have no need of a car.
It is an authentic paradise for tennis lovers, as they will have at their disposition a professional court available 24 hours a day. Besides, all furniture is brand new and the outdoor area, with the new pool and its surroundings, with hammocks, lawn, barbecue, terraces, orange trees, etc. Ideal house for families with children, and for day-trippers, cyclists, nature lovers that wish to discover the true heart of Mallorca.

The villa was the cleanest and best equipped we have stayed at in over 10 years of using holiday lets. There was everything needed, towels (for the bathrooms and pool) shower gel shampoo, wine coffee and home made marmalade from the orange trees in the garden, no need to bring so much stuff as we usually do . Andresin the host was friendly and attentive and wanted us to have the best possible holiday.

Traumurlaub auf Mallorca – einfach perfekt! Wir hatten eine absolut wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – sogar mit liebevollen Gastgeschenken, darunter eine selbstgemachte Marmelade der Gastgeberin, die einfach köstlich war. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar bei der Organisation eines spanischen Abends mit Freunden unterstützt – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!Das Haus selbst war makellos gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Der Tennisplatz war einfach mega – inklusive Schlägern und Bällen, sodass man sofort loslegen konnte. Auch für Kinder ist alles da: jede Menge Spielzeug und Platz zum Toben.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Dieses Haus und die Gastgeber verdienen wirklich mehr als 5 Sterne – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Mallorca and at this property! It is in a quiet area, but centrally located to reach everything we wanted to see on the island. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor living space including the pool and tennis court. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever we needed to make meals. The host suggested two restaurants, one in Alaró and another in Palma. Both were fantastic! We highly recommend Andre’s beautiful home for your next vacation!

Simply fabulous villa. We loved the pool, tennis court (with floodlighting) and outdoor shaded space. In doors was great too. Excellent location and property

Mateu was a fantastic host! Lovely fresh orange juice from his trees, beautiful lemons for out G&Ts! The house was excellent with everything you would need. Although a little walk into the village to buy our provisions, Mateu kindly provided a trolley to enable us to transport the heavier goods. Fully recommend this property. Great swimming pool and Tennis court!

Perfect host, perfect place

We stayed with 8 people. That was maybe a bit crowded, but our fault. All in all it was a great stay. Andres even provided us with tennis balls and rackets. He was the perfect host and it was the perfect place. We will definitely come back

A wonderful active break

This house was the perfect location for our active family (3 young boys). The tennis court and pool are a perfect combination - and fresh oranges from the orchard were such a treat. The house has been very thoughtfully prepared as a holiday home, which is not always the case. Alaro is a very pretty village and an easy walk in for dinner and gelato. Many thanks to Andres for our stay.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage mit sehr viel Platz und voller Ausstattung. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber. Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns, auf Wunsch, sogar ein Geburtstagskuchen gebracht. Ich kann die Fewo vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Finca in ruhigem Ort in der Nähe von Palma

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Alaró ist ein kleines Dorf in der Nähe von Palma was alles hat. Wir waren Ende Oktober da und konnten immer noch den Pool nutzen. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Andres war sehr angenehm und sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Fantastic villa in Alaro

This is our third trip to Mallorca and we were really impressed by both the villa and the town of Alaro. In many years of self catering holidays we thought this was the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in - we struggled to think of anything it was missing. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like wine, olives and marmalade left for us to enjoy, plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, tin foil etc to last our whole stay. Pool is lovely and well attended to. Tennis court was a hit! The orchard was a lovely surprise and my daughters loved collecting fruit and making fresh orange juice and lemonade. The surrounding mountains are beautiful but running up them isn’t for the faint hearted... All necessary amenities (bakery, petrol station, small supermarket) are all within walking distance. We enjoyed walking into town for excellent pizza and ice cream. Andres and Gabriel were very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend.

Entsprach genau der Beschreibung

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, sauberen und modernen Finca. Highlights sind die große Terrasse und der Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht. Die Beschreibung entsprach der Realität. Einzige kleine Einschränkung ist, dass man einen Mietwagen benötigt, da große Supermärkte 15min entfernt sind. Die Supermärkte im Ort reichen für einen schnellen Einkauf aus.

Perfect for our group of 5

We were a Family of five. Two of us in our 50s and three boys between ages 18–21. The tennis court and pool were fantastic. The home is newly renovated and very comfortable. It is definitely a place we would come back to. Also, our host, Andres, was very kind and was able to answer all our questions. We felt that if we had any issues, Andres would be very attentive and assist us.

We spent a week at this amazing villa. It really was one of the best holidays properties we have stayed in. Everything inside and outside was very clean and the whole place was equipped with everything you could possibly want. The oranges and lemons in the orchard were in season and we had freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The tennis court was a real bonus and rackets were provided. Andrés came to see us and brought some delicious marmalade. We will definitely return to this lovely property and would highly recommend it.

Samen met mijn broer en zussen heb ik een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het huis was schoon, de bedden waren fijn, de tuin het zwembad en de tennisbaan waren super netjes en verzorgd. We konden verse sinaasappels en citroenen plukken uit de bomen uit de tuin. De eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk en we hebben een top tijd gehad. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanraden als je een vakantie wil met vrienden, of met je gezin, of met familie.

Fantastic home, perfect peaceful surroundings

Amazing property. Everything well thought out and catered for. Highlights absolutely are the tennis court and stunning surrounds. We stayed 6 adults and 2 teens. Well equipped all around, nice comfortable kitchen, driveway big enough for 2 cars. 11 minute walk to nearest supermarket and pizzeria. 6 min walk to petrol station and local donner kebab shop. Great location for walks and hikes to the castle. Communication with the owner was great, easy check in and check out process. Areas that could be improved: WiFi is ok. It’s not lighting fast so if playing Netflix on multiple devices, will struggle. There is 1 tv in the living room. If you are TV viewers, note there is only 1 TV. Swimming pool is beautiful but not heated. Other than that, everything is wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
