"Stayed there for three nights. Front desk staff was good. Rooms look very old and outdated. Beds were pretty good though. Was terribly hot though even with the heaters turned off, had to open a window to cool off and get some fresh air. They had 3 elevators but only 1 was working the time we stayed there which was super inconvenient and they didn't even have stairs you could use to bypass them. On our second night we couldn't even get into our room right away, had to go get our room keys reprogrammed even though we arrived only the day before. Will definitely not be staying there again anytime soon."

"Would not recommend staying here, we arrived 1.5 hours after check in time to the door unlocked, and finding two people with their belongings in garbage bags and jackets sitting on the couch who were disheveled. When trying to contact the vrbo owner the number listed is wrong and the person who answered stated it’s been the wrong number for the past 5 years and to ask them to update it so they stop getting calls for all the issues. This was a huge safety issue and when bringing it up to the host they acted as though we were in the wrong. We did not stay here and left. The key code isn’t one that can be changed remotely and was a very standard code. I would be worried as to who has access to it. "
