"All around bad. Stayed for a week. The room was very outdated and had several large stains on the carpet. The air conditioner couldn’t even get down to 66. And housekeeping never picked up/replaced the dirty glasses and cups and failed to bring clean towels on one day of our stay. The front desk staff were ineffective and nonplussed by everything in this review. The only bright spot was the shuttle driver - he helped us get clean towels and kindly delivered sodas and sweets to make up for the front desk nonsense. "

"Shuttle bus from airport was quick and efficient, the driver was pleasant and informative about the area. Check in was easy and the suite was excellent. Staff were all very pleasant and the property was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again."
