"The apartment was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The master shower was very nice and huge (2 people could actually shower at the same time with their own separate shower heads). There was air conditioning, but it wasn't as cool as what we like and are used to, especially for sleeping. There was one night that we got back to the apartment after a long day, and some of the electrical outlets were not working, none of the TVs were working, and the air conditioner was not working. It was as if a breaker had blown. I called about it, and it was very late. They said someone would be there the next morning at about 8 a.m. I waited until after 9 and nobody had shown up. I checked to see if the outlets were working and noticed that they were. It would have been nice to have gotten a notification that it had been fixed, but it was fixed so that is what mattered. They did check after 11 to make sure everything was working. They were very quick to respond to any questions that I had. We never did try to use anything in the kitchen, except for the refrigerator, so I can't comment on that. It was in a nice area, and a very nice hotel was a part of the same building. It was close to public transportation, within walking distance of about a block or 2. We would absolutely recommend it and would stay there again. There were 5 adults staying in a 3 bedroom apartment."
