"I would not stay again, our double bedroom had very tired decor, peeling paint, lots of dust and cobwebs, and overlooked a flat roof/ fire escape. Seems like the room had been slapped with lots of green paint in attempts to modernise it. Not sure how the accommodation can be described as luxury. If we had been staying for more then one night I would have left early. The parking is very limited, but that is stated when booking. Staff at reception were friendly when booking in."

"This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton."

"Location is excellent. Apartment smart, clean, and well equipped, and we found it a good base for exploring. Less agile might find flights of stairs less easy, and the lack of a dining table may appear strange, but we were well able to cope, and this didn't spoil our stay."

"The apartment was clean and as per the images. However, the location is very noisy - we were grateful for the provided earplugs.The windows are huge and only able to be opened a couple of inches which made the flat incredibly hot and stuffy. Fans are provided but they didn't suffice and I feel aircon really should be considered.Mattress in second bedroom is well past it's use by date and needs replaced. My elderly mother had to sleep on the sofa bed instead."

"Perfect placement. Right in rhe heart of Hereford. Top floor was quite a few stairs. Not for the phtsicallt challenged. But the room and amenities was excellent"
