"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the AC is not that powerful (if that matters to you), so that it can get a little warm. The staff are amazing and the breakfast is very delicious (but a little pricey). Would definitely stay again."
