"Another member of our group found bedbugs in her room on the couch/sofa and they moved her to another room. Unfortunately this was not communicated to the rest of us in a timely manner by the group member. The parking costs $25 a day on top of the $10 a day resort fee. The resort fee was disclosed prior but the parking cost was an unpleasant surprise. We did not experience any signs of bedbugs in the two rooms occupied by myself and my immediate family, however the work we had to do when we got home as a precaution to ensure we did not bring that into our house with quarantining our luggage and decontaminating everything was exhausting and frustrating. The location and condition of this hotel were good. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel appeared to be clean and in good repair and updated recently. The parking has gates with arms that open and close with card entry but it is not secure from external entry on foot so the lot having those arms is simply for the hotel to control capacity and make money off the parking, it provides no actual additional safety or security. The lot was clean and reasonably well lit at night. The room amenities were minimalistic but sufficient. I imagine there may have been some additional things available by request at the desk but I did not inquire. The room I was in had two bottles of hand soap on the counter and no lotion. That was odd, as everyone else had one hand soap and one lotion. Not a huge deal, but meh."

"Great location, nice responsive host, kitchen had everything we needed. There were issues with the heating, but the host did bring us a space heater to help. Some furniture was old and stained. And there were some clutter in the patio area… But also lots of plants, and our dog was welcome, and liked the patio area. Overall, a comfortable place in a great location."

"The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot and clean. The breakfast was basic: pastries, yogurts, coffee, juice, cereal, and oatmeal. Parking was free which is a plus. The soap dispenser was a little unsanitary in our opinion as you had to grip the bottle and squeeze the soap out rather than just pumping it out from the top. The main downside was that the room was not so soundproof. You could hear as people walked by the room and as they spoke, you could hear the housekeeping carts as the rolled up and down the walkways, you could hear traffic driving past the building, and we even heard someone snoring from the neighboring room. There was certainly room for improvement, but I still wouldn't say the property was bad. "
