I was always greeted with kindness and offered additional support while accessing breakfast and just navigating the hotel daily. The maintenance staff was efficient and respectful while servicing my room daily. I was able to walk to several dining, shopping, and even grocery options nearby. I will stay here each time I visit San Francisco and Oakland from now on!"
